The Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church is a Word-centered ministry designed to evangelize the lost at any cost, and to equip and empower the people of God.
Our mission is to provide refuge and assistance to improve the quality of life for our membership, their families, and the community at large, as we seek to share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Committed to a spirit of excellence, we are striving to provide a Christ-centered church where people can be redeemed and enjoy a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Where people can be reconciled to God and be restored to wholeness and well being and be trained for a full life of service to others.
We believe god must be worshipped in spirit and in truth. We embrace freedom in worship because the Word says, "Where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty."
We are committed and we are consecrated because our foundation is the Word of God and we believe we can do what it says we can do, be who it says we can be, and have what it says we can have.
