Psychologist Inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame

Former Blue Devil basketball player Shelvy Haywood Keglar, Ph.D., of Indianapolis has been inducted into the Kaskaskia College Athletic Hall of Fame.
Dr. Keglar led the Blue Devils basketball team to State finals both years and was selected to the 10- man All-State Team, the only selection from Southern Illinois. He went on to serve as captain of the team at Arkansas State University where he was Jerry Rook Award winner.
