| Associate Ministers | Assisting the pastor and studying together to grow in God's word in order to lead others to Jesus while bringing glory and honor to our Father in heaven. |
| Deacons' Board | Assisting the pastor and his staff in caring for the pastoral needs of our growing church family; serving the needs of the congregation in numerous capacities. |

| New Members | Providing effective teaching to all new church members regarding our mission and responsbilities as members of Mt. Pleasant and as Christians (under the direction of the Deacon Board of Mount Pleasant). |
| Trustee Board | Providing oversight for the church's resources; responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the property, including enlisting or hiring the assistance of others when necessarry; receiving and counting the offering on a weekly basis and logging and reporting to the church treasurer for deposit in the church accounts. |
| Sunday School | Educating all ages based on the words of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Bible to bring others to Christ and for continued personal growth and development. |
| Vacation Bible School | Providing continued studying of the Good News about Jesus Christ for all ages in a fun and informational setting in the summer months. Coordinated under the direction of the Sunday School Department. |
| Nora Wood Missionary Society | Enhancing the spiritual growth of the church through missions and evangelism; ministering to persons in nursing homes and the sick and shut-in; women's prison visitation and carnival participation; monthly bible study and fellowship. |
| Senior Ushers | Serving as ambassadors of kindness by greeting, welcoming, and directing members and visitors; doorkeepers at God's house. |
| Senior Nurses | Ministering first aid to congregation as appropriate during worship service; providing information and learning opportunities about current health issues. Also, providing nursery services for infants and toddlers. |
| Baptismal Committee | Directing and helping prepare members for Baptism. |
| Male Chorus | Men praising God through music. |
| Sunrise Chorus | Praising God through music at the 9:00 am worship hour. |
| Voices of Faith (Senior Choir) | Praising God through music. |
| United Voices (Youth Choir) | Youth praising God through music. |
| Brotherhood | Men coming together in fellowsip supporting one another and building relationships that are built by a common bond - a love for Jesus Christ and His Word, the Bible; Godly men leading by example to be role models for young men while becoming stronger as men, husbands, and fathers. |
| Sisters in Christ | Christian Mentors sharing wisdom of life's experiences to help others who are encountering similar experiences in their lives and providng examplse of Christian youth |
| Sisterhood | Prayer warriors meeting monthly to fellowship and testify to God's goodness; providing for the material and physical needs of the pastor and first lady; providing activities for senior citizens of Mt. Pleasant. |
| Deacons' Wives Fellowship | Monthly fellowship and preparation fo the elements for the communion service; other activities as requested by the Mt. Pleasant Deacons' Board. |
| Culinary Committee | Coordination of and/or food preparation for all functions at Mt. Pleasant, including for the benefit of bereaved members of Mt. Pleasant, with professionalism in the preparation and presentation that is characteristic of Christian principles and servanthood; maintaining and stocking kitchen facilities. |
| Divine Inspiration Adult Dance Ministry | Adults expressing uniquely beautiful forms of prayer, praise, and ministry through symbolic dance and movement. |
| Audio/Visual Ministry | Sound System/audio/visual management and duplication of all sermons on tapes and CDs to make the Word of God available to everyone at anytime. Click link at left for more information and Order Form. |
| Junior Nurses | Youth in training to attend to the congregation as appropriate during worship service; providing information and learning opportunities about current health issues. |
| Junior Ushers | Youth ambassadors serving and assisting the congregation during the worship service. |
| Alpha and Omega Step Team | Stepping for Jesus and learning stern discipline through choreographed steps and quoting bible scripture. |
| Youth Department | Bringing youth together - equipping them with the tools they need to grow in their faith, and developing them to Christ-like maturity to become future leaders in our congregation in the community. |

| Xpressions of Faith Praise Dance | Youth expressing uniquely beautiful forms of prayer, praise, and ministry through symbolic dance and movement. |
| Recreation Ministry | Organizing various team sports, i.e., softball, aerobics, etc., promoting Christian sportsmanship, fellowship, and mental, spiritual, and physical well being, both internally and with other Christians. |
| S.O.A.R. | Recognizing academic achievement and improvement of youth grades K-12. |
| Greeters' Ministry | Ambassadors who meet and greet people as they come into the door, welcoming them, distributing visitors' information, answering questions, and introducing them to the congregation. |

| Floral Fund | Supplying floral arrangements and sympathy cards to bereaved membership and church friends. |

| Landscaping Ministry | Seasonal upkeep and beautification of the Church grounds. |
| SEEDS Ministry | Welcome and keep in touch with new members to keep them connected to opportunities for involvement in the church and eager to learn about and serve the Lord. |
| Bus Ministry | Providing transportation to and from our church services and maintaining the church van. |
