The Sisters In Christ is a body of dedicated Christian women, ages 21 and older, who stand firm on the word of God. We desire to have a closer walk with the Lord and assist where needed to advance the kingdom of God. Through prayer, God's wisdom and the Spirit's direction, we have committed ourselves to pleasing God through our lifestyle and conduct. We are committed to encouraging one another, keeping unity, and showing leadership. Where we are weak, God enables us to be strong, and He develops us so that we can be bold and useful in His service. The Sisters in Christ meet on the 3rd Friday of each month at 7:00pm. Please see Cicely Hart for more information.

Wanting to join a ministry? We have a need for Church Bus drivers for our Transportation Ministry. Our desire is to get more volunteers, so a rotation can be set-up and each driver will only be scheduled to drive every 2-3 weeks. Requirements include a safe driving history, must be insurable through Mt. Pleasant's insurance carrier, and must either complete a brief training/awareness video sponsored by Mt. Pleasant's insurance carrier OR have a CDL license. It is a rewarding ministry where you can enable someone who wants to learn and be in fellowship to do so.

Security Ministry members needed who will be watchful on evenings when there are regular auxiliary meetings during the week and other organized/planned events at the church. This ministry will be watchful for any curious or inappropriate activity on the parking lot and watchful of the safety of our members and guests as they come into and leave out of the church. Psalm 122:7-9, “May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels. For the sake of my family and friends, I will say, peace be within you. For the sake of the house of the Lord Our God, I will see your prosperity.”
